This is a great read for anyone who works in or on the periphery of big corporations. The author parallels his personal life with his corporate career, which makes this book a bit different from others, but that's what real life is all about, isn't it? He tells us that doing everything right -- working hard, getting a good education, showing ambition (but not too much ambition), being honest and ethical -- may or may not get you where you're taught you're supposed to go. Great "extra reading" material for a Management or Entrepreneurship class.
