Delivers what it promises.

If you require this for your first year subject 'Communications in ICT' and you are doing a 'Bachelor of IT' I highly recommend actually getting this book. The weekly quiz questions are identically worded to the the books contents, meaning if you actually read the small chapter required before each quiz, it will be easy to remember the answers.

i dont like it but...

the reason i dont like it is because i dont really have any interest in the topic
the reason i bought the book is because the author is my lecturer at university and the book is the the required textbook and the whole course is just about straight from the book
the book is probably quite good but i just find it boring as hell
